Carrot Cup Cakes

As the Easter season is arriving, flowers start blooming, and the sun is warming our skin, I let the spring into our kitchen (and tummies) and baked some carrot cup cakes!

Shame on me, I have to admit that I used a baking mixture... (I'm not that gifted when it comes to the kitchen).

However, that's why I'm allowed to say that they are damn delicious, haha!! :D
